Yes, the first "SHUT UP AND PLAY YER MUSIC" episode! This seems to me the best way to do a "featured artists from past shows" show. It allows me to fit in as much music as possible. This one has a mellow song closing it out, making it good cool-down ending for workouts and those afternoon runs, if you are into such things. Let me know what you think, bad or good. As always, I love hearing from all of you...

Also, a freak accident with my internet while uploading stuff to my site seems to have messed up my blog, etc., but I think it is OK once again, so histories and back shows are back up, and from my feedburner stats the back log seems to be popular.

Volume 36 is here, and what a show this is!

Some of the music is not on the PMN, but I received permission to play it.

The BroLo show kicked serious ass. The people of his band have so many other projects as well, and they all work as a family, helping each other out. It is amazing what camaraderie is between all of them.

I met "her" of the HER band, and liked her CD so much I begged to play it. They have had exposure on CNN and have celebrities like John Rich of Big and Rich checking out their shows. It is only a matter of time before they break wide open. You can see this as well as watch their video for "My Backyard" here.

I also met Shyndigg of Digg Deep, and will be playing his stuff soon as well.

Man, did I have fun at the BroLo show! I met all kinds of new friends. Artists from Her Band, InDiggNation, for example, were on hand. It is a happy family. Also, BroLo's sister, as you can see. None of them would give me any dirt, and I tried.

I wanted to share this with you, done from my still camera that also does short movies. This quality sux, but does that really matter? I bought an iriver to record the show for my personal files, but I did not read the directions well beforehand, so all was lost (I think, I am still trying to see if something is recorded besides silence.).

Anyway, I wanted to give you a little treat before the next podcast. I hope you enjoy it.

We are taking a break from the music on this episode, but it is quite a refreshing one. I had a great chat with C.C. Chapman of Accident Hash (which I think was named after a camp breakfast his father made, but I am not sure and forgot to ask) and U-Turn Cafe fame.

I'm hoping he couldn't tell even up to seconds before calling him and I was feeling rough and had coughed my lungs out. But fun was had by all, and now I need to go back to being my own nurse...

It was fantastic to talk to the Master of Podcasters and to make a new friend. We spoke of Team Biddie, a walk to support and raise money for MS in honor of one of the Lascivious Biddies, who has been diagnosed with this but has put such a positive spin on it.
